Old faithful

Armed with my new plugs from china me and cole thought we'd give them
ago on the canal today.

We arrived around 11:00am to a lovely flat calm canal in full autumn colour




Cole was first in to a pike but not on one of are new plugs but his favourite
Shakespeare big s roach patten plug.



And then it wasn't to long before I caught one of my own again on
a Shakespeare midi s roach patten  



We did give are new plugs a run out but blanked on them and 2 liked it that much
in the canal thought they'd stick around on the bottom
but only £1 lost so happy days

Has long as you've got a rod licence just in case
You get asked of one apart from that it's free
We're we go anyway it is

Nice report stevo . Apart from sea fishing it's only pike I like going for in Autumn and winter are local canals good for them too
