Arranged to meet gazzer at talacre at 6 am to pump some blacks ready for are plaice assault , it was a lovely calm morning with a crisp frost ,with it been a massive tide , we soon pumped plenty blacks for are session , could of got many more for the freezer ,but wonted to get are spot on a high water mark on the dee early and chill for a few hours till the tide comes in ..
Arrived at the dee and was soon met by hot shot Alan , as we had plenty time it was nice to have a chill few brews and did myself some breakie ..and have a good natter as not seen gazzer and Alan since October ..
Got set up two hook flappers on two rods size 1 s and fresh lug squid and frozen peeler was my bait ,fishing two hour each side of high ..
Alan was first on the score board with a nice plaice first cast , then I had one on my first cast to..
Then it was very quite ,and only action at high was a little pin for Alan ..joe came up for a few hours chilling with us .
Then Alan had another nice plaice , I fished hard for four hours without another single bite ,poor gazzer didn't get a bite , it's still very hit and miss at the moment ..

Good to see my old mate graham he called round for a chat as he was at pensarn to open up is caravan for the start of the season ..
Fishing was very poor , but good weather ,good company ,is what it's all about good to see you al again lads ...
