My mrs got me a fish cook book today so I can try different fish recipes as
I either fry it or stick it in the oven as it is and it got me thinking I bet you lot have
some good recipes that you could share with the rest of us Question Very Happy

I'm not a great lover of eating fish but the Codling I caught last year was cooked in Longrangers batter recipe, flour and Budweiser Very Happy Delicious Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

not had it in batter do you have to take the skin off or just dip it in the batter with the skin still on. I just pan fry it in a little butter with a bit of garlic pepper and leave the skin on
