Shakespeare Salt XT 15ft 4-8oz Surf Casting Rod

Very pleased with the new rod today, first cast had a Dab, 2nd cast another Dab, Hope it continues to bring me luck

Its nice and light with plenty of feel and I think the length as well as its flexability improved my casting range without me putting any great effort in at all as i would have had to with my lesser rods
Not sure i'd like to cast an 8oz lead on it to hard but it coped with the 6oz no probs and a 4oz just flew

Just need to work on my technique now
