Mersey cod mission

Today was my turn to try to catch a mersey cod after dave(logger's)
failed attempts the pressure was on  .We arrived at liverpool mariner at
2:50AM  it was'nt long before we were fishing.





their was plenty of bait





my first fish of the day was this little cod pressure off





followed by some good size whiting





we then moved over to the town hall



jools was filling his bucket up with more good size whiting



and then this monster dab  







mark keeping warm





and as quick as we were out it was time to go back in

Well done on a good trip and a good report with some great pictures Logger will have to get his lens cleaned and in ship shape to better those. 

Bet you had that it must be lunchtime feeling before breakfast time

yep when we got back in at 12:30 it did feel like tea time
