Venue - Llandudno Pier Tide - Low to 2hrs Before High Time - Day Bait: Fresh Rag Date: 15th May 2009
I left the beachcasters at home and went armed with a spinning rod and a boat rod. I stopped off to see Sarah in the tackle shop and bought a few float kits and some lively Fresh Rag.
The end platform was comfortably quiet. I picked my spot and set up.
Fishing over low on a small tide may explain why the fishing was slow to start with.
A few hours in and there were plenty of Doggies being landed.
The fish-fest I was hoping for never materialised. A couple of small Pollock spared my blushes.
