really struglling

To find the hounds this year, the weather has been totally wrong for the last 2 weeks, winds in the wrong direction, water to dirty what with the algae bloom and what patch's of clean water there is, is too far out.
Armed with fresh and frozen crab iv'e been out about 5 times in between shifts.
So for 5 outings iv'e really struggled 1st couple of sessions resulted in a few dog's and the last 2 outings a couple of small pup's







This week im on nights and the tides are when im in work so i'll sack it this week. then next weekend the mrs is off so it'll be a weekend with her. so i'll have to wait a fortnight before I can get out again.
if they haven't shown up here in numbers by then i'll be doing a session down south wales.

I was out on a boat a week ago. There were a few caught (biggest was 13lb). Not in the same numbers as a trip we had same time last year. The suggestion was that some species are arriving a bit late this year.
