Night Shift Empty
PostSubject: Night Shift   Night Shift EmptySun Jun 16, 2013 2:01 am

Myself and Jack met up with Talkingbullhuss at Penmeanmawr for a quick session on the first hour and a half of the flood after low water.
Tim was there before us and had made a good start on the worm collection.

Who says you cant pump Blow lug Question
After a quick lesson in the art from Tim, Jack and myself were becoming quite proficient at it and soon had enough for our needs.

The rocks in the bucket were to stop it from taking off down the beach as the wind was pretty powerful.
As daylight began to fade into night we made our way across the beach ready for some action Exclamation

The wind never let up at all and just for good measure as we made our first casts the heavens opened and for the next ten or fifteen minutes we really got a good soaking Crying or Very sad
However our spirits were soon lifted as we were rewarded with a brace of Doggies on the first cast Very Happy
plus the rain had stopped too Very Happy Very Happy

Jack and I had four casts in all and had four Doggies, only failing to catch on the last cast when the water had become very shallow
so we were quite happy with that Very Happy

We left for home just after midnight and left Tim to have a kip in the car
as he was planning on fishing high water in the early hours Exclamation
