With the weatherman saying crap weather for the weekend decided on a session last minute last night, got
to the west side of the island at 5,later than intended (the a55 is almost one long roadwork
),fished 3 up,
3 down, a rough sea meant no rays so tried for a conger or huss.
The doggies are back, landed several, plus a few whiting which sacrificed themselves for the baitbucket,
then after a few hours around high a decent bite had the first of the years Huss landed at 11lb-2,
taken on a headed whiting, a decent start i thought, sadley nothing else showed and when the occasional
drizzel turned to rain jacked it at 10.30.
