photobucket has however got a "new" photobucket option, if anyone can explain it they deserve a medal, the old and new versions are both confusing!

basically you are looking to generate an image [img] code on a photo hosting site that saves a copy of a picture from your computer, you then copy and paste that image code into your report.

there is another option using the icons across the top of the report -I don't use it so can't explain it but some prefer it and could maybe explain it to you.
