Will it happen here

Forum readers,
Just been onto facebook to read that in New South Wales, Oz. you have to buy a licence not only to fish, but to gather bait, there are the exemptions to the licence, the old and the Abos. because it does include spear fishing. You have to have licence to produce if out fishing/bait collecting.

Dont know how it would be enforced here with all the cut backs everywhere !
The powers that be cant even stop the ilegal netters or trawlers that come in to close never mind Joe soap with his bait pump !
Wouldnt mind betting they'll try it though
