Was out last night silly o'clock pumping bait about 11pm it was hard going because of the small tides managed 15 packs so I could have go at the codling again this morning hoping the whiting wouldn't be around in big numbers due to the daylight got down to the beach around 10- 30am fresh lug baits pulley rigs Was putting the second rod out when I had A good pull down + slack liner on the other rod but nothing on reeling in re baited + back out had A decent bite and the first whiting came in nice fish about A pound nothing els till it started to flood then another whiting around the same size that also went back fished till 11-30 then home for breakfast no codling this time YET
