Is this what it's like getting older

Get so excited the night before I go fishing can't sleep like homer Simpson with a bag full of doughnuts . It's the un expected if you going catch our not the whole package can't get enough of it . One thing I have noticed since hitting forty is that as you get older ,you always checking you got everything . Take everything but the kitchen sink , :think: :think: :think: spare jumpers , spare coat , spare headlight , spare battery's . Toilet roll , rennie,cuddly toy :lol flask is this just me our can anyone else relate to this . When I was in my twentys just took my tackle , twenty pack of beni hedgehogs ,choc bar and can of pop they where the days :love: :love:

Im the same i have to check and double check then i decide ive got to much stuff so take some stuff out then i think about it and then put it all back in again plus a bit extra then when i get to the beach i find i left something behind that i needed like sissors or rod stand

I am probable old than most of you and I use to do the same now I just keep it all packed ready all the time and all I have to add is something to eat and drink. So the answer to your question is "yes it is like this getting older." Oh and you must remember to have a pee before you leave.
