Raki-Maestro!!!

The original plan was to take advantage of a nice surf at Splash Point.
I joined The Maestro, who'd been out for an hour or so already.

He'd struggled to hold bottom so a small road trip was on the cards.
Conwy Marina was the lucky winner!!
We couldn't quite see the Castle from here, obscured by that tree covered hill.

It was a fish from The Rocco experience!
Very comfortable!

We'd struggled for a bite on the flood and moved 50yds down river for the ebb to avoid the landing stage.

The Maestro was finally in!
A Whiting, small at that, turned out to be the only fish of the day.

Signage of the day had to go to this.......

...."but mainly in Menai bridge" Love it!!!!
Great plate too!

That was the fishing over and done with, next up was a wash and shave, before the highlight of the Sunny Rhyl Sea Fishing Diary calendar, the AGM!

3 in attendance and Indian/Turkish fusion was the order of the day.

Notbad was MC! Mixing the fishing DVD's expertly with a classic rock overlay!

The Maestro supplied the Raki, which supplemented Notbads Cobra superbly!

A great day and an even beter night!
