do you use more than one computer? mine signs me out from one if i use another

I've no idea!

I usually stay logged in but on the odd ocasion, it logs me out.
I can't fathom it either

What have you got for Tools / internet options / privacy? I am set to "medium high".

You could also perhaps try clicking on the "sites" button, entering sunnyrhyl.forumotion.com and "allow". After that, any cookies, cockies, coockies, wookies or oockies from sunny rhyl should be able to live happily on your pc.
