CBVSAC Match 3. Flint Cob. 21/2/10.

A good turnout of 20 members this time, after the overnight snow it turned out to be a bright sunny day, and expectations were high for a few flounders.





It turned out that “few” was the key word. After 4 hours of effort only 7 anglers weighed in, a total of 9 flounders.

Norman Dorling found 2 for 1.13 kgs and first place, with his best fish of 0.65 kgs ( 1-06-08 lbs ) taking the heaviest fish prize.
Mike Peters was 2nd with 2 for 0.83, and Bill McLintock 3rd with 1 for 0.39. Glyn Williamson took 4th place and the last of the cash with 0.35, and the other 3 weighers were John Jones with 0.33, Mike Jones with 0.31, and Dave Lunt with 0.20.

This takes Dave Lunt clear at the top of the league, as the only one to have weighed in at all 3 matches so far.
