At the recent Castwatch AGM, it was highlihted that Castwatch reports could, at times, be hard to find.
This thread is intended to be the place for our growing band of Castwatch operatives to post their shift-end factfiles.

I'll start things off..

3rd January 2010
Splash Point

4 Fishing.
Good sized Dabs, Whiting and small Codling reported.

I was on duty yesterday and must have just missed you Mike.

Predictive castwatch report.

There will be 3 fishing there at high this dinner time if anyone is in the area.

We will be on the concrete in front of the carpark.

Castwatch update, coming home from Asda at lunchtime today there were at least half a dozen rods fishing the Foryd, some on Horton`s nose and some behind the bridge. It would be interesting to know if there`s any flounders in there at this time of the year. Were you there? Let`s hear from you if you were.

I dread to think how many years of fishing experience was on display at that little gathering.

Not me Tony,
Castwatch radar picked up Mike down there.

Maestro was also out, spoke to him further West -he blanked.

One boat out off Prestatyn.

Plenty of ice about in the shade, even on the sand, forecast well cold tonight and I've got the snuffles but intent on going catching over a short session tonight.

Paul

Two fishing the "Notbad Gulley" this morning, could have been Mike and Paul, no doubt we will get a report later.

If you'd had the Castwatch Telescope with you it would have shown myself and The Maestro on a Razer fuelled Cod hunt.

Report to follow!

Just completed a roving shift from the Point to Prestatyn Sailing club and back.

A few tracks near the sailing club from boats having been launched earlier and a couple of charter boats off the end perch at Rhyl.

Not a shore angler in sight!
