As the tides were unpromisingly small and there wasn't a match today we went to Cheshire Oaks Fisheries instead, fished 8am until 2pm
Lost track of how many Carp between us but somewhere over 30
Fish of the day was Tina's first Barbel which led her a merry dance and took her for a walk to the next peg before she finally got it to the surface and in the net.
Didn't weigh it but that is a 55cm landing net. Half a metre of Barbel isn't a bad start for your first!

Nice going on the Barbel Tina.
That place must be well stocked.
With the atmospheric pressure over 1030 I'm surprised anything was caught. They say fish feed at the last of the low pressure when they detect there is high pressure on the way.
