Golfers elbow

I tried a bit of spinning and jigging on my local canal marina,
I ended up with 'Golfers elbow' Golfers elbow apparently is on the inside of the elbow,and tennis elbow is on the outside.
I had to use my left hand to open the car door.
Luckily I remembered what a weight lifter pal had told me years ago,that was to eat plenty of fresh cream to mend the damage.
It worked within two days.
Getting old isn't suiting me one bit

Nope,I could say I caught a cold,but there's no members ailment section 
Temperature and air pressure were right,plenty of fish topping,but no takers.
I should have taken float gear.

I have suffered from fisherman's crutch, striking when not balanced.
