After success over Low in Penmaenmawr and fresh worm left I couldn't resist a couple of hours up to High at Kinmel Bay.
First time I'd been up the lane by Asda in a while, the car park barrier has been refurbed and at 1.9m is I believe lower than before and its now pay and display.
