Meandering Mullet in Caernarfon

Took a stroll around Caernarfon Marina on the ebb today today, the Mullet were doing much the same ( no fishing is allowed inside the marina)
didn't see any that had wandered out into the Straits ( and by then they were locked out if they had)

No one fishing into the fast tide flow off the landing platform by Victoria Flats but a few were spinning the back eddie off the wall on the up Straits side,


with an occasional Mackerel seen caught, I'd sooner have one of the teasing Mullet
cruising the dock pontoons!

Maybe mullet can read "no fishing" signs as often found in places where anglers are not permitted.

It`s infuriating watching them, especially when they`re forbidden fruit.

bugger! eh.
I used to see them in their hundreds from the middle of Bangor pier, probably late summer.
A sheltered inlet with mud on the bottom could work, if you can find one.
Maybe the stream outlet Penrhyn port or anywhere around there away from the current.
