New (old Rod)

My neighbour has just given me a new(old) fishing rod.
It's made by 'Grauvell' and called a Marinela 280.
1.8mm long,action 20grs--80grs.Ceramic rod ring liners,nice reel seat,and two piece.It's fibreglass,so a little bit heavier than a carbon rod.
Anybody familiar with them?
Feels like a nice rod for boat fishing.
