Anybody know if they do a tractor launch and retrieve?
Or even if there is a public slipway?
Do you get more of a window with the tides than you do at Rhyl?

Don't know about Rhos but the jet ski club at Porth Eirias has a tractor which I've seen taking boats in and out of the water boat

Thanks,I'll have to look for Porth Eirias on the map.
I know the tidal window at Colwyn bay is pretty short,I've been there and chatted to the guys on the slip they use for jet ski's.

Just had a look,we are on about the same place lol!
They do a tractor launch, but the parking is a bit chaotic.
I had to go all the way to Ronnies on the straits last September because the tides at rhyl weren't suitable.
We've launched at Conway in the past, but I'm not fit enough to handle it these days. It's a good day out from Conway, keep left of the sandbars and head towards the bibbing tunnels, then swing right and fish the great Orme round to Llandudno.
