| I don't see any rods against the railings! We had a storm the following day that did a heap of damage on both coast as an ex cyclone tracked dow the west of the N island then crossed the S island and away SE. I could not be bothered getting up at 3am, especially as at 1-30 there were only fleeting glimpses of the moon. I did get a photo of the last blood moon I have these down as April 2015, It was a full eclipse, but the full ones were not good enough |

| Great pics Rhod.
There were a few rods propped up just East of Splash yesterday, the sea was looking very lumpy and the river at Rhuddlan was well up. |
