I thought I'd do some deadbaiting for pike today on the bullshead

I arrived around 10:00am to a part frozen bullshead  Rolling Eyes
so i was limited as to were i could fish  fishing

The water wasn't the only thing that was frozen my
bait took ages to defrost Rolling Eyes  but it got there in the end cheers
I was using sprats , smelt and mackerel (caught from Rhyl thumbs up )

After an hour or so without a bite I remembered I have some
lamprey oil that I could add extra scent to my baits Rock on

I was fishing with 2 rods one with a smelt and the other with a mackerel cheers
