A cracking day at sea, plenty of fish, we caught 9 different species lots of Mackerel, plenty of Whiting, Dog Fish, Bull Hus, Smooth Hounds, Dabs, Plaice, Weaver fish and Star Fish, cruised North West out of Rhyl Harbour came across a gully about 3 mile out anchored just off the gully and it was continuous action, cruised back towards the Harbour for the last couple of hours and fished a mark just outside the Harbour again the fish kept coming. A brilliant day out on the Irish sea

Great report, must be great being local,so you can choose between the gaps in the weather. Just goes to show, you don't need a great trek out, there's plenty fish just out of Rhyl Harbour. ( if you know what you are doing)

Now you're making me jealous, I can only get down at the weekends if I'm lucky, and it's been a month since I've managed to get out. I think I either need to move closer or retire ....
