| Heyup you guys, how are we doing for mackerel? I live in Manchester and not wet a sea line this year,be handy to know if the maccy's are plentiful. |

| I was in a boat yesterday off Pwllheli and we only caught one between 7 of us. Plenty of other stuff though, report to follow in a day or two. |

| Thanks MM, I like where you fished myself,all the way down St Tudwals Roads past Abersoch and round the islands. Caught about 12 different species last time. Some nice pollock just after Abersoch at the bottom of the cliffs. We hit the mackerel about halfway to Abersoch,dropped anchor,and pulled allsorts out.Got a massive spider crab running round the boat |

Might make a handy live bait for the big Preds,especially if you have an aerated tank on the boat. I've wondered about dropping a live joey back into the mackerel shoal,because the shoal is probably being predated by bass and Tope.They pick off the easy targets. |
