saturday pumped worms at rhos on sea fished the tide coming in for two hours not a bite.then went to llandudno fished there for 8 hours with two rods ,had one bass just over a pound that saved me a blank, which was put back safe for another day.at high water three lads came with mackerel feathers after two hours only one mackerel caught!!! tight lines

Can't yet legally take a bass, yet i see people seem to stress about putting them back to keep the zealouts happy. I don't see the point in sea fishing, if just put everything back and its unethical too. ( in particular, flatfish fishing is cruel if just catch and release, as they often swallow hook )
I thought sea fishing was about catching some nice fresh fish for tea?
