I fished it about 3 yrs ago,had a few Flounders.I think if I had blinged up on the end tackle it would have produced more.
I didn't realise at the time,but there are quite a few species going up and down the estuary,
Codling,Bass,Whiting, sea trout and salmon.You can park where you are fishing,which is handy.
Might give it another go with a better choice of end tackle.
Talked to an old fisherman at Greenfield last year,he said the smaller tides are better because
the tide rips in and out on the big ones,(24ft)
Anyone tried it recently?

Not for a while but your right the tide really does rip through there fishing
