Venue - Eastham Ferry CH62 0BH
Tide - High
Time - Afternoon
Bait - Frozen Lug, Frozen Squid
Date - 27 Dec 2010
Weather - Sub zero

Took mussel boy out for a few hours yesterday. Not fished Eastham before so thought we would give it a go.

Plenty of parking, toilet facilities at rangers station, benches to sit on, a tearoom, a pub, deep water just about in casting range. What more could you ask for ? Well, a fish would have been nice. Blankety blank. No sign of any bites.

Anyway, we had a good time. Will try this spot again. Pleasant fishing.

Nice touch including the postcode Mussel duo!

Looks like a good place for catching trees.

It's not a secret spot. Actually I don't have any secret spots. If I did, I supose I would deny having them anyway.

Yes, side casting was required. It was clearer a bit further along.

Looks a nice spot, shame about the lack of fish.

Roll on the summer boat trips!
