Hi,

Still new to the game having started last summer, made a night of it on my fave Anglesey beach...not fave for fishing just when kids in rock pools etc
Fished the tide from 7pm (high) to 2am, apart from the one bite/fish not a single knock otherwise. Used lug/rag and squid on a 2 hook flapper, not even the crabs were showing to strip my bait. Got the fish around 11pm and it cant have been in more than 1.5 foot of water as I wasn't casting far out and it was shallow, I was after flatties or anything really.
Didnt fish where I wanted as there were too many people in the area when I arrived but kids had made plans for the evening so moved 150 yard further down the beach where the tide seemed to be coming in quickest (depth?)
Been trying to run into notbad to peck his brains.
Been doing a bit in Anglesey but not catching much due to various bits un bobs (kids/timing/being rubbish!)First bass 30/07 Img_2011
