Fished the Drigg Scar tonight 2hrs down to low using blinged up flatty rigs fishing
A very snaggy venue but after having two blanks on the trot I thought some rough ground might be worth a go Exclamation
First cast with rod one I lost a rig Crying or Very sad
First cast with rod two and I became stuck silent

I was using rotten bottoms but I think it was the hooks becoming stuck that caused the trouble No

Things wernt looking good until about an hour into the session when I caught a five bearded Rockling Smile
Blank avoided cheers
Ten minutes later I had the tiniest Codling ever.
Bit like a reverse pb lol!

Also managed a bit of wreck fishing too lol!

With low water approaching and a very cold wind blowing I packed up and headed back to the comfort of my caravan for a curry and a beer beer

Only two small fish but a relief that I'd broken my blanking spell bye

Oh yeh I found my lost rig on the way back plus two other weights aswell so happy days cheers
