PostSubject: A tough spring session 2/4/16   Sun Apr 03, 2016 11:28 am

Arrived at penmeanmawr to pump my worm at 12 30 pm ,it rained All the way there ,then stopped as I got there happy days ! ..a angler approached me and started talking to me , a proper talking bullhuss you know the type ..he said he's been bangin 7 lb bass out for fun on the Mersey on his boat at the mo to razor fish ..then he proceeded to tell me that April is the best time for him at penmeanmawr he's had loads of big bass here at this time of year but you got to watch the nets! All the years I've been going there never seen one on this beach ..oh and he's had loads of big plaice of this beach to .. I replied only seen the odd one of this beach ,it's more flounder venue . Ha ha ha any way back to the fishing .long story short fished six hours for one doggie ..should have stayed penmeanmawr and filled my boots with plaice and monster bass   Cool

A little video for what it worth ...
