Last year when out wreck fishing we were
catching a lot of fish on these sidewinder sandeels.

The Sidewinder Sandeel is a slim lure with a built in weight and supple paddle tail.
This gives the lure a lifelike swimming action which combined with the holographic
body inserts attract the fish. A quality Mustad hook ensures that once
the fish is hooked it stays on .Deadly over wrecks and reef where they are best fished on
the drift with a long 'flying collar' style of rig.

Agree, great lures.
Manufactured by a company in Torquay called Kiddy Tackle.
They have started making a weedless version now aswell.

Used them on the wrecks for cod and pollack work very well,I was fishing Plymouth once with shads and was struggling but the odd fish I did catch wer bringing up little slim silver fish ( not sand eel) so once the penny dropped I changed over to these as they are a slimmer profile than the shad and was straight into fish, pity I only had an hour fishing left,I remember cursing on the way home thinking why didn't I change over when I first saw what the natural diet was
