PostSubject: Peg Zero   Sat Mar 05, 2016 4:35 pm

Myself and Hari joined Alan and Bryn at Talacre this morning hoping to fish by the green buoy but when we got there we found it was a bit on the full side Crying or Very sad

A match was on and it was pegged out so it didn't seem right to mussel in so like the sporting sportsmen we are we went on the end next to peg one Rolling Eyes

We were far from the channel and it was tough going by Talacre standards, the matchman on peg one was on the bend of the channel and was pulling out a steady stream of Whiting which shows that you really do need to be near enough to the buoy to make the difference, that's my excuse anyway rolling laugh

Hari and I fished until the tide turned then called it a day having caught five between us; A 5 Bearded Rockling a Dab and 3 Whiting fish

We left Alan and Bryn to fish the flood  fishing
Up to this point Alan had two Whiting and Bryn had had a couple too  fish

I didn't get any photo's of Bryns fish but hopefully Alan can add some later  Cool

Great company as always which more than made up for the lack of fish  bye
