Decided to fish the Promenade at low up today got there at 1pm and stopped until 4.30pm. Fished the Arches side of the stone groyne with the post at the end, quite windy and sea quite rough it turned out to have quite a lot of weed in it, but as it was my last full day before we go home I decided to stick it out. In hindsight it was probably the wrong decision as I blanked and as far as I could tell in the wind I didn't even get a bite, but the chances are it will be next year before I get the chance to sit or even stand on a beach again I wouldn't of missed it for the world. You lads are so lucky to have all this sea on your doorstep and you can come and go as and when you please. Thanks again Dave for last Saturday and all being well we will see you in December. fishing    bye

Always a risk of it literally being on the door step but yes we are lucky to live here!
