Had an invite to meet up with Dave at 6 a.m. for a bit of Mackie Bashing, so up at 5 to sort the dog out then I had a walk down to the prom for a few hours. Bit of chop, but not too coloured and they were about and Dave was feeding his dog Hutch fresh Mackeral straight from the sea to keep him occupied and happy whilst we were there. After bagging a few between us I told Dave I would see him later and sorted out the Macks I had just caught.....filleted a few and banged the rest in the freezer for bait. Had a couple of brews, sorted my gear out for later and then back down the beach with the old sea dog for a mooch. Late breakfast once home, fresh Mackerel and a cheesy bap with Eye's on me the whole time, hahahahaha. Had a couple of hours to finish off a couple canvasses I am painting, get the dog out again and fed and before I knew it Dave was on his way and we set off for the forum meet and fish with a load more Old Sea Dogs. It was a pleasure to meet some of the Guys from the forum and a Good turn out too, Well Done to the organiser's....and I had a few hours to Chill after a busy day. The fishing was Pants, but I honestly didn't care....the atmosphere was positive and friendly and the weather held off too and you can't grumble at that....Keep up the Good work folks and will hopefully get out and fish with a few of you in the future....until the next time Sea Dogs. Peace Very Happy cheers Very Happy cheers
......and Yes I had to rob 2 photos off Logger from yesterday morning, Sorry Dave, hahahahaha. Wink
