| Saturday Night Joined Maestro by the golf club slip way -nothing but weed resulted -before moving to the Point over High, where Fairziff won the Sunny Rhyl nobbly knees competition. No fish to report (got a new one for the excuse thread though: too much noise from the sky cops hovering overhead) I think they were checking Mike wasn't about to reveal his speedos Sunday Afternoon LowFollowed the word on the jungle telegraph to find a fair spread of mixed natural on the beach Maestro’s rod nodded and a basslet was on it’s way in, before it hit the sand I noticed my rod was going too. Pleased to report that my little pet bass is alive and well! |

| Tuesday Night, having noticed the amount of timber coming down the river as I crossed the Blue Bridge Tuesday morning and after further rain I wasn't optimistic, but when the sky cleared as I finished work I just had time to nip to Geoffs fo some worm.
Low plus 90 at the trolley, water much more coloured up than at the weekend but no weed to speak of, a good breeze but from an unfavoured direction.
Lost a 2 oz weight -but then found a 5 oz imp so that's a net gain (oops - don't mention nets)
No sign of Michelle.
Returned home for Chicken Stew. |

| There is so much wood on Rhyl beach at the moment! I'm tempted to do some beachcoming for winter stocks! |

| its coming from up the rivers with all the rain and the big tides. the harbour has trees floating through every day, some are 30ft+ and we're having to fend them off the boats |
