| A work mate of mine was on the beach recently with his kids. The tide was ebbing and there was a fish splashing around in the shallows caught in the net. When they went over for a look the tosser who sets the nets came down onto the beach and started getting aggro with them telling them to get away from his nets and leave them alone. I might go for a walk through his nets around that time tomorrow, and if he speaks to me like he spoke to them, there wont be a net problem anymore. |

| how are the nets fixed to the beach as far as i have got with the byelaws it is illegal to attatch a net to the beach if its tied to a rock resting on the beach its ok if its ancored in the sand then its not also tied to a groin then thats illegal |
