Is it the one that's inside the handle Andy Question
If so I think any regular hardware shop would have such a thing as long as you can match the thread Exclamation

It's a hollow stainless bolt with a brass/stainless nut that fits in the top of the pump with a stainless washer and the nut goes in to the handle,it's the hollow bolt and nut I need as mine has warn through the none standard thread,it's just that I've heard them called top nuts before,Clive tells me that geoffs sells them so going to try there, thanks for the replies, there is one on eBay but it's £12 with postage that might be the price of them but thought it was expensive so asked the question thanks again
