Fished Mostyn from just before low, me, Fred (brissey) and his G/Son, we had dabs from the start, there were at least anoother 15 anglers there also, switched from flattie rig to pennel with good fresh lug but no takers of the cod variety, it was just dabs till we had to end due to rip of tide. Whilst there there was a guy in small boat with o/board, came from left, dock area, behind the yellow bouys and paying out a long net, he then put his boat at the far end and waited....then drew the net in, couldn't see if anything in the net. Anyone seen this before ? Sad Sad

Yes, it did have letters and numbers on it but too far away for me to see/record, is netting allowed in the channel of Mostyn ?
