On nights this week and had a s***er of a sleep so thought sod it cant get back off. and these were calling from the shed.

g/field 006-2

headed down the dock and there was someone on the tip so i opted for a comfy out the wind spot to the left.

g/field 002-5

bait obvious loaded on to size 6 crab hooks one close in the other about 50yds in the sewer gutter straight away a bite and one of these.

g/field 003-6

then another and another and so on four in all then an hour before high these started.

g/field 005-3

had another five all medium stamp. then a spotted (the one and only though).

g/field 001-5
410mm

I fished over the top of the tide and it went quiet for about an hour then i had one last tiny rattle and landed this tiny feller.

g/field 004-2

so again happy as larry. i wonder will i sleep alright tomorow or will the dee come calling again.

p.s. had camera on wrong setting and doing a report on daughters laptop is a pain so only resized a few.

Well done Joe,

I saw your post on F4U and seriously considered coming and joining you after getting up at 11.15 myself. I always struggle on Tuesdays!

Obviously i didnt in the end, i managed to nod off again cheers but will have to get down there soon for a Plaice for the hunt, and an Eel over 1-4-0 for our clubs specimen trophy.

Hope you manage to top up before work as it starts to hurt about 4am if you dont!

Another great report Joe.

A classic case of having the bait on hand for when the mood takes!

Well done!
