17/6/14 kinmel low pensarn high

went to pump some lug at kinmel bay and took my little spinning rod along with a 2 hook flapper and
1oz lead just in case there was  a dab or a plaice looking for a meal. as it turned out i hooked in to something better that put up a good fight  and i landed a p/best bass of 3lb 6ozs

and thanks to the man in the car park for taking the photo


then it was off to pensarn to fish the tide in. first thing i spotted was the nets between the pipes so i wasn't to hopeful and the flat calm sea didn't help matters

and as it turned out i was right didn't have a bite up to high water so packed up the gear and back home. just stopped off at Harolds to show off my pb bass
