PostSubject: The boy did well   Sat May 17, 2014 7:49 pm

Had my second boat trip of the year with simon on board suveran 2 today
with my son tagging along the plan was to mackerel bash for the first 1hr
or so then put big baits down for a ray, huss or even a tope. When we arrived
simon told us their was a lot of alge out to sea so we would be best fishing
in shore at prestatyn for smoothounds, dabs and hopefully bass. We arrived
in a very sunnyrhyl  Cool at 10:30 and was soon on are way with fresh lug, crab
and frozen squid and mackerel we had more than enough bait for are 5hr session.

where's all the water gone  Very Happy

on the way out I was looking at mine & loggers next project  lol!

and splash point still being done after the storms

cole with the first fish of the day a nice dab

followed by this smoothound for me  Very Happy

we all thought cole was into something big  Very Happy

but in the end only 3 dabs  Very Happy

and a couple for me

cole was then into the whiting  Sad

and there was plenty of the small boats out

then the dogs came out

and with he's last cast mark caught a smoothound and dab double

and this one is for simon champions  lol! lol!

sorry mate  Very Happy

another great trip simon you put us right onto the fish again today which
seen us catching dabs,a bass, whiting, smoothounds, and a codling between us
with cole catching over 30 fish on his own  Very Happy nice one mate happy days  Very Happy Very Happy

Quite an Armada out today,

The wind got a bit lively all of a sudden later on and kicked things up but I think your trip was over by then.
