Stay safe everyone, I am aware that we have at least one member who lives in or very close to one flooded area of Kinmel Bay and I would imagine others we know of will be affected too.

There are floods elsewhere too including parts of the Fylde Coast to my knowledge,

Thoughts go out to everyone, if the spirit of Sunny Rhyl is as strong as I think it is, then do ask the forum for help where we can.

I was away from the area at the time, I'm registered for Environment Agency Flood Alerts but frankly didn't take much notice as I've had them before and only knew about the flooding when my girlfriend phoned me

I'm up the hill a bit and grateful for it, here's a few pics I've sourced from here and there that underline the power of the sea

Great work by the rescue services, well done boys and girls cheers cheers cheers

Sure will Dave,

Glad to hear you are Ok Ken, thought you might be right in it.

I just picked up a parcel from the post office, fellah ahead of me in his wellies was asking them not to deliver his post as it's dropping into mud
- it's the little things that bring home the human impact behind the property damage.
