id go deganwy side and walk it. im going dyfi sat morning.

As Joe says you'll be best going via Deganwy heading for West Shore then park as near to the beach as possible and enjoy the scenery on your walk lol
If its raining forget the brolly as it must be one of the windiest places around  
Im sure the sun will be out
