 NEW BOUY IN TOWN ???

Does any one know what the new bouy in Kinmel Bay is for ?? It is positioned opposite the yellow house and about 100 yards from low water mark

Noticed it when I've been out. Looks like a safe water bouy (red and white stripes) possibly for the kite surfers. I could be wrong though

Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad it is supposed to be for the approaches to the harbour but if you are coming from the north or east you wont even see it . Some dipstick decided that would be the best spot for it .
