Daddy's taxi had an hour to kill - just enough time to wet a line on the flood at Llanddulas





Total flatness and a rhythmic banging from the turbine piling
didn't look promising as my heart beat fell in step with it



The offshore banging might well have built the suspense like a big bass drum but the frozen crab didn't drum up any Bass

Nice pictures once again. I'm sure you would of caught if you had had more time at least that's what I would be thinking.  

Its not the catching that counts, its being a good blanker who takes a good picture and can keep a smile on his face

Not in the very short while I was there, the pounding of the piling must put the fish off ( SunnyRhyl blanking excuses handbook page 34 )

I had to leave just about the time the flood was gathering pace and the the light was falling, which could have been golden hour but it didn't look at all bassy for sure, one of them mentioned having a small Bass early in the week. Did notice a camera flash from an angler further over at West Pensarn but don't know if a fish was involved.
