Four of us Fished Pensarn last night over high water.

There was a bit of life in the sea with a half decent surf running being stirred up by a strong westerly wind but the water was quite dirty and
in places it was as black as a Gorillas goolies 

There were some decent gullies straight in front of us which looked very promising and between us we were getting a few bites.

 

Throughout the evening we were treated to a good soaking as it poured down on and off the whole time we were there

After an hour or so of fruitless action Andy decided to leave the safety of the gang and try a little further along the beach where shortly afterwards he was accosted by some born again Jehovahers or something looking for a soul to save 
They know a sinner when they see one 
Mind you with the outfit he had on he was shining like a beacon, they must have taken it as a sign 

Gaz saved my soul when he brewed up for us on his new stove 



After 3.5hrs fishing the other three losers all blanked where as i managed to land a rare visitor to our shores;
minus alba maculosos placcy peram 



Unfortunately not rare enough but this one didn't live on to fight another day as it was humanely dispatched and binned
And that was the only thing landed all night 
Even with no fish we still enjoyed the trip and had a damn good laugh and Mrs Gazmeck had sent along a big box of delicious home baked cakes which we all tucked into like a bunch of school boys on an outing

Brilliant report mate,it isn't just about catching fish is it?????
I was gonna give pensar n a bash on Wed nut may leave it til 
Next Sat to see if the algae improves
