Took advantage of the rain free night yesterday and went for a go at the conger, opted for a deep
water mark on Anglesey sheltered from the cold northerly, got set up and had to wait an hour for the
flood to start and my first bite, the only dog of the night, the pollock came with the run, caught several
all about the 2-1/2lb mark,a couple of small pout and a shore rockling.
The conger rod stayed motionless most of the session with just the smallest of bites resulting
in a strappy of about 7lb.
Not a lot else showed but good to be able to get out with the weather we've had recently
and get into some fish
